JT Singh leads FD Capital, specializing in sell-side advisory and capital raises for business owners. With nearly 15 years of experience in M&A, finance, and franchising, he has successfully guided exits for clients ranging from single-location operators to multi-unit enterprises and middle market companies.

Previously, JT was CFO and Vice President of M&A at a private equity backed franchise platform. He also served as a Director at a leading middle-market investment bank, where he adivsed on M&A transactions, capital strategy, and business growth. JT holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and is a licensed CPA.

Patrick leads business development efforts for FD Capital. With nearly a decade of experience in franchising in which he founded 2 companies, Patrick’s insight and experience is unique and spans all industries. Patrick has many relationships with franchise operators around the country, and continues to establish relationships with franchisees of all sizes through media and other efforts.

Patrick has served as Director of Development at a VC backed franchise sales organization, before founding and exiting two companies: The Wolf of Franchises, which developed into the leading media brand in franchising, and Krokit, a franchise data SaaS platform.

Ivan brings decades of M&A experience across a variety of industries. His deal involvement in franchising includes transaction sizes over half a billion dollars for some of the largest franchise operators in the world. Ivan is an expert on advising clients on maximizing value and navigating complex deal dynamics.
